Product Description

The electric internal thread three-way ball valve adopts a rotary angular stroke electric actuator, which is powered by AC220V, 380V and DC24V power supply voltage, and receives the input (4-20mA) current signal or voltage signal from the industrial automation instrument control system to control the operation, so as to realize the proportional adjustment or two position switching control of the process medium. The electric internal thread three-way ball valve is a three-way switching ball valve. The standard ball core has L-type tee and double port holes. Changing the relative angle between the ball core and the pipe can realize different combination control of the three pipe fluids; T-shaped duct can play the role of proportioning, which is applicable to the proportioning adjustment and control of liquid, gas, steam and other media.

Product features

1. the electric internal thread three-way ball valve has a two seat and four seat sealing structure, and the valve core channel has two structural forms of L-type and T-type. By controlling the rotation angle of the valve core and changing the connection state between the valve core and the pipe port, different combination control of the three branch pipes can be realized. The three-way ball valve has large flow capacity and can control gas, liquid and steam. It is more suitable for controlling high viscosity, fibrous granular fluid. It is also suitable for occasions with strict sealing requirements.
