Oil and gas is one of the main energy sources currently used. Oil and gas need to be processed after being extracted, It can be transported to thousands of households. In the process of oil and gas transmission, all connecting pipelines need to be connected through valves, The valve structure of the technology is single, and the explosion-proof and sealing effects are poor. Most of the installation and disassembly are manual operations, and the work efficiency is low, Airtightness and connection reliability cannot be guaranteed.It is an important part of oilfield valve, which is used for transmission. The upper part is connected to the actuator or handle, and the lower part directly drives the valve core to move or rotate, so as to realize the valve opening and closing oilfield valve or regulation. Oil field valve is not only a moving part and a force bearing part, but also a sealing part in the process of valve opening and closing. At the same time, it is impacted and corroded by the medium, and it also has friction with the filler. Therefore, when selecting oilfield valve materials, we must ensure that it has sufficient strength, good impact toughness, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance at the specified temperature. Oilfield valve is a vulnerable part, and attention should also be paid to the machinability and heat treatment performance of materials when selecting. Valves are an important part of oilfield facilities, especially for gathering and transportation systems, valves are more widely used. At present, the oil field has entered the high water cut development period, and the corrosion of high water cut to valves is becoming increasingly serious. Leakage often occurs in valves.

Operation process of Oil Field Check Valve

1. The valve packing sealing method is changed to the combination of oil seal, packing seal and other sealing methods. The oil seal is installed into the step as an interference fit.

2. In the whole assembly process, leave a certain space in the stuffing box, and add a compression spring between the lower part of the oil seal and the remaining packing, so that the compression spring has an upward force on the oil seal and a downward force on the packing.

3. Add a round asbestos cushion between the packing gland and the stuffing box, and finally make the surface of the gland and the stuffing box closely fit through the bolts of the packing gland. Through a period of promotion and application, the leakage phenomenon has been eliminated in production, the maintenance cycle has been extended, the labor intensity of workers has been reduced, and the occurrence of crude oil pollution has been avoided.
