The service life of sealed welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves. All welded ball valves are widely used in urban gas, urban heating, petrochemical, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants and other pipeline equipment.
Features of Seal Welded Ball Valve
1. The valve body structure is sealed and welded from the left and right valve bodies, and there will be no external leakage.
2. The valve seat is composed of PTFE sealing ring and spring, which has strong adaptability to the changes of pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the scope of use.
3. The anti leakage structure of the valve rod ensures no leakage.
4. The material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipeline, so there will be no uneven stress, and there will be no extrusion deformation due to earthquake and vehicles passing the ground.
5. The valve body is light and easy to keep warm.
6. The directly buried ball valve can be directly buried underground without building a large valve well, but only a small shallow well on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time.

Industrial applications of Seal Welded Ball Valve
Seal welded ball valve is suitable for pipeline systems with light structure, low pressure cutoff (small differential pressure) and corrosive media. Ball valves can also be used in low temperature (cryogenic) devices and piping systems. In the oxygen pipeline system of metallurgical industry, it is necessary to use ball valves that have been strictly degreased. When the main pipelines in oil and gas pipelines need to be buried underground, full bore welded ball valves need to be used. When regulating performance is required, the ball valve with V-shaped opening structure shall be selected. In petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, electric power and urban construction, metal to metal sealed ball valves can be selected for pipeline systems with working temperature above 200 ℃.
